'Toys for Grenfell' appeal by the Heddlu Bach at Fochriw Primary School Pupil voice groups use their entreprenurial skills at Fochriw Primary School and in doing so develop an understanding of the challenges faced in society nationally.

Connecting CORE PURPOSES: AN EXAMPLE OF ALL FOUR with focus upon Enterprising Creativity

Working Creatively with Partners Results in a Promotional Video by the Pupils at Fochriw Primary School. We worked with Help for Heroes to design and make a promotional video for the 'There but not there' campaign. It forms part of the work the school historically carries out showing respect for the armed forces. In June 2018 the school was recognised in a ceremony of the local branch of the Royal British Legion. The HT and governors received the award which is displayed proudly at the school.
